We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rebooking of your scheduled service. If you fail to give adequate notice, you will be charged for the scheduled service amount.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin a treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not contacted your therapist by emailing the clinic, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and the original service fee will apply.
